Inquired about the parts at 2pm and they had the parts there within an hour ready for pickup owner was even willing to travel back to the shop after hours for me to pickup the same day highly recommended absolutely will use them everytime I need body parts

I was totally impressed by the fast service and the general appearance and quality of the hood I purchased. There was one little paint blemish in the very front which I will have to touch up, ; and a little fabrication flaw near where the hinge is mounted, which I will live with. Also the striker was a little thicker than OEM, but that just took a bit of grinding. Product was well protected with cardboard packaging. Matte black hood looks great on my red 02 Silverado.

I was very impressed with the timeline in which I received the product. I was not impressed that after unpacking it I noticed a small round indentation (tennis ball size) in the top of the bumper. Perhaps better packaging could be implemented in the future to help during shipping.

Got fenders from my OBS ford here. price was cheaper than any of the other major suppliers so I was skeptical that maybe they would be of poor quality. I was incorrect. quality is excellent and pickup at the warehouse was easy. proceeded to order radiator core support, needed it shipped to the island this time. shipping was cheap and the part arrived the next morning! excellent business! do not hesitate to shop here!
