How do you ship?
In stock parts will ship next business day. All orders are shipped with tracking.
We ship using couriers including Purolator, Fedex, DHL, Loomis and Canada Post.
Large items will ship via Courier and therefore can not be delivered to PO addresses.
Will I get a Tracking number?
When your order is complete and the item has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Often tracking numbers will not show until after 24 hours or once they have been scanned into the couriers system.
Where are you located?
We are located in Port Coquitlam, BC. Local Pickup by appointment. Our shipping warehouses are located in different provinces across Canada. Depending on stock, your part will be shipped out of the nearest warehouse.
If you have a remote address, the delivery company may choose to hold the part at the nearest depot to the shipping address. In this case, the shipping company will contact you directly for pickup instructions.
