Phoned before I ordered online to check that the parts would be delivered to my hotel before my return flight home. The guy explained exactly what would take place and assured me that it would be delivered on time. I placed my order online and sure enough it was delivered on the day stated in the conversation. I was a bit anxious as there was no tracking number supplied that I could use and this would have then given me a sense of security that it was going to get to me.
